01 General Terms & Conditions

Bets 7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Bonus abuse — such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts, bonus bet hedging, or any other form of strategic misuse — is strictly prohibited.

06 Betting Rules

Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time of bet submission are final. Separate rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots on Bets 7.

• Match results will be determined based on official sources or the relevant sports governing body.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be voided and your stake returned.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, it will be settled based on the last recorded state.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, Bets 7 may place a hold on payments during the investigation.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bets 7 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Bets 7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason — particularly in cases of terms violations, detected suspicious activity, or failure to complete KYC verification.

Users may also close their Bets 7 account at any time by contacting our support team. We strongly recommend withdrawing all valid balances before closing your account.

• Any bonus balance on an account closed for rule violations will be forfeited.
• Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded.
• To reopen a closed account, you must submit a request to our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to arbitration. The arbitrator's decision is binding and final for both parties. Any claim against Bets 7 must be submitted to support within 30 days of the incident.
